I would like to say I've been going at this place for a long time since I was a child. The doctors are terrific 100%. When it came to choosing my glasses they said I was required to pay for the frames and the lenses according to my insurance. I've had that same insurance. I just found that I was tricked. I just felt cheated a little bit I think that maybe they need to read the insurances a little bit better so that we can get the free pair that we are allowed to get. I will miss my doctors. When I went to the new eye doctors I said I can't afford all that stuff and they said no worries and they were honest with me they said your insurance gives you a free lenses and free frames. So finding that out was very sad because all those years I went I was required to pay for the frames and the lenses with a little discount from the same Insurance Company. Very disappointed!

I've been going here since I was a child. Now myself and my son both go her as well as other family members. I missed two appointments due to me working hospice. I called to reschedule and whomever is taking calls at this moment wouldn't give me her name. She was telling me about the new policy but got very disrespectful. I will be calling back to cancel my appointment as well as my son and will be finding a new eye doctor to go to. I work in health care and there is a certain way you should treat people. So whomever you all have there at this very moment taking calls needs to be trained again because, now you will be losing 6 patients. Myself my son, my sister and brothers will also be calling to cancel their future appointments as well. I use to love this place because of how they were with their pts. Dosent cost much to have a good attitude.

Dr. Holmberg and her staff are excellent! They were able to get us in the first weekend of the new year when our new insurance went into effect. My husband and I were both in dyer need of eye exams!! Dr. Holmberg is a great communicator. She makes you feel comfortable and heard while she exams you. She’s also so fun and personable, it really makes the experience easy, especially if you have medical anxiety like I do! Greenspan has a great selection of glasses. Dr. Holmberg’s staff was very helpful in explaining what our insurance would cover so we could make the best decision on glasses with all the necessary information! I highly recommend booking an appointment!

Worked with Brenda having not had an eye exam in 2 years and she was super helpful with adjusting my crooked glasses to sit even in my face! Very great experience overall. I was in and out of there quick and everyone was friendly and respectful! I would highly recommend seeing Brenda for a quick, happy experience.

We have been going to Greenspan for years. I have to say we are so happy to see Brenda is back! She is very knowledgeable with all my glasses repairs! I tend to fall asleep in them often. She is always very helpful and knows exactly what to do. Just ask for Brenda if you need your glasses fixed! She is awesome!!
