Katey, Stephanie, and the rest of the team at Main Street Optical always go above and beyond to provide professional, helpful, and friendly service. I appreciate how they walk us through our options, answer any questions, and have such a great selection of frames that’s it’s always hard to choose. Not to worry, they offer kind advice to help choose the perfect style! They ask about my kids when they’re not there, helped fix damaged frames (my fault), and have the highest standards for their products. Main Street Optical is a gem of the community. We’ve been going there since the beginning and have only had positive experiences.

Was disappointed with the glass that I purchased. Never had an issue with a prescription before and have plenty of time to adjust. I had to wait over three weeks got my lenses to come in, which were single vision. Notified them of the issue and was very unhappy and told that no matter what I couldn’t just return them. I had to reach out to my credit card company. Very sad and wanted to support a local small business.

These amazing girls continue to surprise me! I’ve never received this level of customer service before. My eyes are really dry and they’ve taken their time with me to make sure I’m fitted with the perfect contact lens there is for me! Couldn’t be happier. Nicole, Stephanie and Stacy are really the best people, they really care about their customers eye health.
