I had an excellent experience at Kirschner Vision Group. Dr. Lisa was outstanding and truly put my eye health first. Before moving forward with my eye exam, she took the time to thoroughly evaluate my eyes and made sure everything was healthy. I really appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my overall eye health. Lacretia was equally amazing. She made the process of selecting glasses and contacts easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find the best options for my needs. The level of care and customer service I received from both Dr. Lisa and Lacretia was exceptional. If you’re looking for a vision team that is knowledgeable, caring, and committed to providing a great patient experience, I highly recommend Kirschner Vision Group.

First of all the locations is gorgeous and clean. The front desk staff is lovely. Dr Kazour and Lacretia were very helpful and extremely informative. If you need glasses or contacts definitely give them a try. They also have fabulous frames. I will definitely be back!

I’ve passed by this office many times but never received service here. Today was my first time being serviced here and I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome care I received! From the receptionist desk to the young lady performing my eye exam including my visit with Dr. Isabel Kazour was outstanding!!! She is very knowledgeable and friendly with such a warm personality. Kerry was also fabulous with such an awesome personality, explaining the process with such great thoroughness. I was very worried initially because I had been seeing another eye doctor for many years but coming here I’ve found a new home for my vision care!! keep up the awesome job guys!!!

Dr.Lisa is wonderful. I have a difficult prescription and she has worked tirelessly to keep me in contacts. Camille is awesome and I choose her always when selecting new lenses. Her honesty is always appreciated and I always love the end result.

Great staff. Ken is a very friendly and personable optometrist. Geraldine is very professional tech clearly explaining the steps. Carmille has great customer service skills as my frame stylist and optician. Ngoc and Johnia from the front desk along with Robert, the office manager, were very quick checking me in. Again, a wonderful staff.
