Walmart Vision Center

We just moved to the area.. Hands down the best experience I have ever had in all of my years of being a glasses wearer. Ever since I was young I hated not only my glasses but also going to the Doctor. Turns out.. I needed a new doctor. Staff is excellent! Matt, Kim, Sandra and the Doctor were all wonderful, kind, friendly and upbeat. I had put off my appointment today for over a year because of past experiences but after my appointment I can confidently say that I can’t wait to go back in, keeping up with my exams will be so much easier now that I know I will be seeing the staff I did today! :) Thank you all!

Very disappointed in the last pair of glasses I got. Have had then less then 6 months and scratched everytime I cleaned them with the cleaner I bought at store. I took them back and ask if it was the glare coating that would of caused the issue and he said nope u used a harsh chemical on them and nothing we can do u didn't get the protection plan sorry. Never once offered me to even pay to have lenses replaced. Told him he could have the frames back then since they are no good to me. Very bad customer service and I have been going there for years with no other problems. Plus im using same cleaner on my old glasses with no problems . Now back to old glasses that i can't see as clear out of and won't be going back to vision center there again .

For years, I have gone to another commonly seen vision center and have had issues with them giving me too weak a prescription, even when I told them it wasn’t strong enough. I came here and the Dr. who assisted me took the time to explore why I’m having issues (dry eye). He was very straightforward and gave me tips on how to help slow the progression of this issue. He also gave me the correct prescription, so I can see again. Thank you Kyle Ohman, O.D.! Kim, the front worker, was very nice and helpful.

All Walmart Optometry offices have been awesome to me! I even once was on a road trip and pulled into a Louisiana Walmart Optometry and they hooked me up- no appointment, no problem! Hands down, the best place for glasses and eye exams! Affordable, convenient, and flexible!

I made an emergency appointment after my only pair of glasses broke unexpectedly. My appointment was set for 12:30, and admittedly, seeing as to how I was nearly blind and couldn't drive, I was just a couple minutes late, but when I arrived at 12:35 the doctor had left for the day. I was offered no help by the lady working, I wasn't offered a reschedule, I wasn't told when the doctor would be back, and frankly they were totally rude and unprofessional.
