Megan went above and beyond to help me get contacts ordered in time for my vacation. She stayed past closing time and was very helpful and kind. Very rare to see this level of customer service, she's great! EDIT: Read through other reviews, no surprise others mention her how great she is too!

Megan was wonderful, needed better frames and picked out a Hurley frame. My insurance was excepted, my frames came in before they were due. Megan adjusted them and she was friendly and kind. Great customer service, will definitely come back.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lameier for years...love him!!! 5 stars for the Dr... Melissa on the other hand is a grouchy, rude, unhappy person! 0 stars for you!!! Melissa if you read this do us all a favor....if you don't like your job go someplace else! You're ruining Dr. Lameier's kind vibe at his office. I truly hope I never encounter you again!

During our past visit to Kentucky my wife, Maria, had an emergency with her right eye. Got a very fast appt with Dr. Kenneth A. Lameier, who immediately diagnosed her cornea issue and started treatment. Due to his quick intervention she was able to fly back & continue the healing process without losing her vision. Dr. Lameier is very knowledgeable, courteous, caring and has a great sense of humor that eases your anxiety. Highly recommend him.
