My new perscription was very specific with prism, astigmatism, double vision. Kathy at Florence Walmart worked with me to make sure it was correct. She was so kind, her knowledge was spot on. Thank you Kathy and thank you Walmart. I value my eyes and she took care of me.

My glasses was old and they broke, I went to Walmart as a walk in and they took me right in. The doctor was great. I went into Walmart to get glasses. A gentleman name David took care of me, I found glass but my insurance didn’t cover them. Surprise. So I did order two pair one sunglasses and one regular and took out the one year insurance cost was around 500 dollars. They came in within 7-10 days. Within 7 months my glasses was so scratched up it was heard to see. I dropped in to talk to David I told him they were blurry and the ear piece moved and made noise. He looked me up and seen I had insurance so he sent them off. They came back fine the ear piece still moved. Seven months later they did the same thing. I went in to talk to David and he said oh yeah I see it , it’s bad. He said I don’t know what you are doing but the place that placed the no glare might have had a bubble in it. It’s in both lenses. He said there was nothing he could do and handed them back to me. I’m 68 years old making 809 on SS. I can’t afford to pay for someone else’s mistakes. David told me to save about 50 dollars don’t get the no glare next time, that it just wouldn’t be as clear.i feel cheated. David was nice but I guess he couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. I ordered two pair from him. I would love to contact with someone higher up to know there policies. I’m sure it’s to protect their wallets. God bless, yes I’m still wearing my glasses and they are missing my eyes up.

I was assured by the representative I worked with that everything on my order was covered by my vision insurance. He even suggested specific special additions to my new glasses as he again advised they were covered. Surprise! 5 months later I get a bill for more than $300. Not pleased and I will make sure to let everyone I know to be more careful and less trusting of this place.

I got a eye exam and was told I need bifocal glasses and I spent $270 on the glasses picked them up yesterday and I told the woman I couldn't see with them and she said it takes some getting used to and would keep the other lenses I bought for 2 weeks if I'm not happy I went back this morning as soon as they opened and they were unable to find the lenses very unhappy

Never had any issues, neither with the Doctor nor any of the others. It's a walk-in center, it's always better to call before and check what's going on. Expect some delay, as Walmart attracts many one-stop shoppers. With this being said, people who work there need our patience and understanding, don't expect royal treatment, they usually had a long and hard day on their feet. Again, I never had any issues with any of them.
