Dr. Cronan, Lori, Chasity and Nate are the best! Everyone at this location is amazing. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Young or old, busy or slow, everyone they help will be treated with the same respect and upmost customer service. Dr. Cronan is great at making you feel cared for and really makes sure you have an understanding of your vision needs. She will patiently answer any questions you have about your vision and make honest recommendations. Lori, Chasity and Nate will always give you top notch service. They are very knowledgeable in everything from glasses to eye contacts, insurance to no insurance and even warranties. They have always been able to answer my questions accurately and are very transparent when it comes to pricing. Our family really enjoys their care and service. The experience is always great when we aren't pressured with sales and add-ons. This is our go to spot for our vision needs without hesitation. The team here will really take care of you like family.

Incredible experience. Nathaniel helped me comb through the inventory for the best frame for my face ( a process I make difficult). He answered all my lens questions was straight forward about the price which was half of what I pay at other places. He was training a new person who was kind and helpful. Will recommend. Do not hesitate.

Stopped in on Sunday and was helped by Lori. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She called my insurance and got that all straightened out, helped me pick out a nice pair of frames, answered my questions... Lori really made it easy the way she walked me through the process, I actually enjoyed it. Much better experience than the first place I went. Thanks Lori.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center, and I especially want to recognize Lori for going above and beyond. I came in after dealing with a frustrating insurance situation caused by a previous visit to another vision provider. Lori took the time to really listen, look into the issue, and help me sort through the insurance details. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely willing to advocate for a customer, but Lori absolutely did. Because of her effort, I was able to get the contacts I needed and finally resolve an issue that had been stressing me out. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! I was nervous about going, especially with my hyper kids. And they were great! So kind and funny. Made us feel super comfortable. We love them!
