I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Tracey Jarrell. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Tracey took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a friendly, caring attitude. She truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the excellent service.

The whole experience was very nice. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The doctor took his time answering every questions I had. Mrs. Brandi was so polite and seems she cares about what she does. I’ll recommend everyone to check them out. Keep up the amazing work.

Tracey is so very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She will take all of the time needed to make sure her customers are happy with their purchase. Dr surratt is top knotch optometrist and so very kind. As a matter of fact, all of the workers are a pleasure to deal with.
