I just need to take a moment to praise Dr. Miller & Amy! Dr. Miller is so pleasant and thorough, I feel as though he has put more care into me being able to get my actual correct prescription than all of my previous eye doctors combined! Amy helped me pick out and try on SO many frames and was as sweet as can be and patient with my indecisiveness. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Don’t overlook this vision center because it is in a Walmart..they are about as good as it gets. Will be coming here for as long as Dr. Miller is here!

Dr. Miller genuinely cares about patients and explains things very well for patients to understand. The staff is all very professional and kind, Janine and Renee were great!
Went to Walmart with a prescription . . the glasses were made pretty quick . they weren't correct because the eye doctor (who did not work at Walmart) did not write the prescription properly. After 5 attempts he finally got it right. Walmart was very cooperative and kept remaking the glasses. Now after dealing with this doctor since May we finally got him to write the correct prescription and Mom can finally see. Mom and I would like to thank the staff at Walmart Vision Center because they made a terrible experience much more bearable and none of it was their fault.
Negative 5 stars. Made my appointment over a week ago. Then 2 hours before the appointment I get a call saying the doctor has an emergency and they have to cancel. I was already at Walmart so I went to them. The doctor was there and told me he had a funeral to go to (like you didn't know that yesterday or more than 2 hours before my appointment?) Whatever, I rescheduled for Tuesday at 5. I arrive 15 minutes prior and am told the doctor is triple booked. I have been sitting here for over an hour and still waiting. Apparently my time isn't valuable. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE/ DOCTOR!
VERY slow. Under staffed and rude. It's been 3 weeks since they had to remake my daughter's glasses. Tried to call and was told the only person working was on an hour long lunch and they would have them call me back at 2:40. Standing inside for 20 minutes now at 4pm and still no recognition. Just need to find out when my daughter's glasses will be in. Especially after paying almost $500 I would expect they would be somewhat nice. My daughter can not see without her glasses. The doctor is wonderful but his staff need training -update- waited a month to get my daughter's glasses back and then brought them home. She can't see past the end of her nose. They are blurry. Called back and was told the only thing they can do is adjust the fit. That the only doctor isn't there until February 14th but won't be in the office until February 15th. I BROUGHT HER ORIGINAL RX FROM AN OPTHALMOLOGIST!!! They can't just resend in the glasses to get the correct Rx on them?!
