Dr. Hsu-Chen was great. She spent nearly 40 minutes with me fine tuning my prescription. She was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff were also great.

Went to adjust the fit of my glasses and they simply pressed them down by hand on the table in front of me. Hours later they snapped at the joint and fell off my face. They ordered me a new pair under warranty.
Wonderful experience, the doctor and staff were all so kind. I don’t have vision insurance, the exam was very affordable and nobody was pushy about ordering glasses from them.
Dr. L is great every time, and Davinya was helpful and very courteous with me in placing my order. Both strictly professional and kind. However, when I went to pick up my order at 5:55 pm on Friday the older blonde who was working asked me to step away from the counter so she could ring another up another and said she'd "be with me" and I went to the bathroom. Came back and this employee looks up at me at the counter and says, "I'm supposed to be off the clock now" to which I replied (again) that I'm only picking up my order as I received a call to, I already paid. She replies "oh, I know" and mutters a few words of no consequence. At this point I focus on my item(s) and tune her out. Having worked in retail management, this is impolite and not how to speak to/greet your paying customers. If you are off of the clock, go home. If you're not, then don't talk to customers as if their presence in your store annoys you. Simple. The Vision Center closed at 8 that day and I was there before 6p.
doctor has some deep rooted issues. the front desk women were so nice tho!
