I had purchased Meta Ray-Ban glasses from a different location, When I bought them, I purchased a warranty that would cover any kind of breakage. They assured me that they would honor it at any vision Center. The screws on the arms were coming loose, and I went in there about a month ago to try and see if they could fix them at the store. The young man there told me that they don’t carry them and that I would have to send them in. I didn’t have the case at the time and he said I must have the case or they wouldn’t be able to send them. Just today, I found the case and took them in to get sent off to be replaced. They were unable to help me because now apparently I need to have the box. I called two different vision centers and they said that that was false and all I needed was the glasses with the case. I have the receipt and the warranty information . The two people working there today had no idea what to do instead of just admitting that or handling the claim they said they needed approval from their manager before they could send it off. They spent 10 minutes, trying to find paperwork saying that they couldn’t send in a claim without the original box, they couldn’t find it 🤦🏽 they said they all they could do is wait for the manager to approve. They have no idea what they’re doing. They said I could go to another Vision center to get it taken care of.

Dennis at the vision center deserves to be fired. We called ahead of time and we asked if they had a certain contact lens in stock. He confirmed they did have them. He did not inform us that we needed to bring a physical copy of the prescription. We requested if they could print it for us. He declined. We then involved a manager who printed it for us. Dennis then told us there was missing information on it. We repeated this and got the correct information. He then got the box of contacts for me. At the end, he realized that it was a monthly and not a daily lens and told me he couldn’t give them to me and they did not have the correct ones which we called ahead for and were confirmed to be there. This ordeal lasted 45 minutes and I still cannot see. He was not only unhelpful but wasted our time due to his own errors. He then joking asked me if I wanted the paper copy of the prescription as I was walking away. He’s completely unprofessional. Asking me if I wanted something that couldn’t help me in the situation, the reason I was jerked around for 30 minutes, as I was already frustrated and walking out of the store. Again, fire him.

I had a great experience purchasing a new pair of glasses. Emily was very professional and helpful. There was a variety of frames to choose from and the price was low. I highly recommend buying glasses here.

Extremely disgusted with their lack of helpful service. I purchased glasses for my toddler and it wasn't until after they came in was I told they were too big for her face, couldn't be adjusted any more but I had 60 days to return them. My daughters eye condition can't wait any longer for a pair of glasses nor do I even want to go through another experience with them.
