Walmart Vision Center

I’m trying to pick up my new glasses. The sales person didn’t acknowledge me until 5 minutes after I arrived. Then all she said was “ You may as well have a seat because I’m helping someone else.” The person she was helping was just looking at frames on the wall. I told the sales lady that I was just picking up my glasses. She said, “Have a seat.” This will be my last visit to this vision center.

I just went to Walmart vision center and I was very impressed with Valerie’s knowledge on what glasses I needed and how to make sure that they were a good fit for me. Both Holly and Valerie were very pleasant helpful ! I suggest you give them a try if you are in the need for glasses!

Asked very politely if they had eclipse glasses. Met with a rude and curt no. Asked if they might know where i could get any. Giggling and smiling while giving me the same curt answer. Why?? You don't need to be rude

Slow, rude, acts like they're doing you a favor. Waste of time. Barked to place frames you touched in a box on counter with no signage instructing you to do so. Waste of time. Left there went to Lens Xpress in Auburn and left happy with 2 pairs of glasses for 40 bucks. Avoid these prima Donna's, not worth your time.
