Pro Vision Center

I called the Portland shop and they were so nice and sent me here to get the lenses (that need to be ordered) and then when they come in go to Portland to get them put in so I didnt have to send my expensive frames off. He was beyond nice. Went to this shop and the girl is beyond rude. I walked out. I refuse to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated like dirt. She said hello then the phone rang and she said nothing but talked on the phone for over 5mins while I stood there. Then while she was talking to me another lady came in and she started helping her. Like ignoring me and letting me stand there while she fixed the other girls glasses although I was there way before her and she was just in the middle of helping me. Forget all that, I asked about the difference in a lense and she said dont mind that its just an advertisement I just order whatever the newest generation is. I said I dont want whatever the newest one is, I want the one that has the features I want and the generations all offer different things. She said no you just get the newest one. For several hundred dollars why not order what I'm asking for not what you decide you want to order me. I walked out, you can dismiss the next person that comes in. When I go to Portland to order them now I hope Joe, the nice guy that knows what he is talking about, is there.

I was recently in Auburn Maine. My prescription sunglasses required some adjustment because they kept slipping off my face. While other vision centers refused to adjust my glasses Provision was excellent and very helpful and now my glasses fit perfectly thank you to the ladies who helped me.

The person working here today was very helpful! She repaired my frame and replaced the lens that came out when the glasses were stepped on Less than $10. I am very grateful.

I was very impressed with the staff and the service. The reason I looked into a new vision place is that my optometrist vision center was not helpful when I called to ask a question about my broken glasses. Three calls to this new business and 2 visits were OUTSTANDING...could not be happier. Pleased to hear that this is a private business with 3 stores locally. Bravo to this team! Maureen
