I have a really great experience at Optometric Associates. From the moment I walk in, I feel well taken care of. The staff is welcoming, organized, and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. The exam itself is thorough, and everything is explained clearly along the way. They take the time to walk me through each step, answer all of my questions without rushing, and make sure I understand what is going on with my vision and eye health. The team is attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I am comfortable and informed. Overall, it is an easy, positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Great experience, very welcoming atmosphere from check-in to checkout. Very efficiently run practice without loosing the personal touch. Dr Frank is exceptional and one of her best attributes is her listening to patients and validating concerns. This practice could be a role model for any medical practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Ebersole ; he is very thorough and patient and answers all questions. You don't feel rushed. He also has a very pleasant manner. Needless to say he is very knowledgeable in his profession.

I had such a pleasant experience here for my first visit. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate not being forced into anything but gently guided if needed and that was the case with my annual and the sales experience. Such lovely people, and I look forward to my next visit.
