DeRosa, Chamberland & Cote Eye Care

I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years. My kids have been to this office their entire lives. From their first appointments as toddlers to present day, they have received excellent care. They are now 20, and 17 years old. I can not say enough good things about this office. From the ladies that greet us to check us in - to the ladies that are so helpful at check out. Dr. Chamberland has always been kind and thorough. She explains everything clearly and is very accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient at Chamberlain & Cote for approximately 17 years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Recently, I learned that my new insurance is no longer in-network with them. Even so, I made the decision to stay because the quality of care I receive here is worth every penny. The doctors are exceptional, but what truly sets Chamberlain & Cote apart is the entire team. From the moment you walk in until the time you check out, everyone is kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. They know not only their patients but often their families as well, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. What I love most is the atmosphere. The staff are always smiling, laughing, and working together. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do, and that positive energy makes a difference. In my opinion, Chamberlain & Cote is the number one eye care practice. I am grateful for the outstanding care and compassion they have shown me over the years.

I have been attending this practice for years and highly recommend. Everyone, from the receptionist, testing staff, Optical shop and optometrists, are not only courteous and professional, but go out of their way to help. Dr Chamberland takes the time to listen and answer any questions I might have regarding my eyes, I never feel rushed. When something concerning occurs with my vision, they have been quick to respond, either by telephone or by scheduling an impromptu visit. When it comes to eyecare, I know they have my best interest mind and it's reassuring to know that I am getting the best eye care out there! Highly recommend!

Dr. Parise Chamberland has always gone over and above for us, our family and our community! After her testing of one of our family members, there was a significant health issue that she found! Dr. Chamberland immediately followed up with her medical doctors and ensured that all necessary critical testing and treatment was completed immediately! This quick action provided her with the opportunity for a full resolution with less long term effects. We are so thankful for her comprehensive , professional and thoughtful care!!!

Honestly - this office does nothing but take care of their patients. Every negative review on this website, is immature and inaccurate to the care this office has of every single patient that walks through the door. The people that work here are human too and deserve the same respect they give their patients. I’ve been battling an issue with my glasses for a month now. It’s just the way it goes with the trickiness of my prescription. Each time I’ve called or drop it - it’s been a pleasant time. When I raise a concern, I’m listened to & accommodated as soon as possible. I wouldn’t trust any of these 1 star false accusations on this page. The office even replies to these, stating what actually happened versus what was stated to show how much they care. These reviews can really harm a wonderful small practice like this. But our society has taught people to have no patience and understanding in a busy world. As I continue to battle my current glasses - I trust everything this office has provided for me. This is a tough profession to be and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be a patient at a practice like this.
