The optometrist here does a great job and was patient as I tried to figure out which lenses fixed my vision the best. Significantly better than some other local optometrists I’ve been to… Their prices on contacts are pretty extreme though if you don’t have good insurance
All of the workers/employees were professional and pleasant. The exam process went smoothly, and was done in a timely manner. I especially appreciate that the doctor focused on my exam until completed before moving on to the next patient. I also thought there was a decent selection of glasses frames to choose from.
Politely greeted when we walked in, as forms were explained. Comfortable atmosphere without a long wait. Both technician and doctor were friendly, very competent; explained procedures and results in a way that was easily understood and questions were answered without hesitation. The young woman who took the information regarding my prescription lenses was kind enough to work with me (as I preferred to keep my current frames to keep the price down). Prices were reasonable; insurance accepted. Most impressed by this team of eye care professionals, was the fact that they looked me in the eye when speaking to me - hence, the title of "eye"care specialists (?!). Not as many healthcare providers do that any more - just my personal experience. Would gladly recommend their services.
I have been going to them since they were on Ash St., 45 yrs ago. I have always been very happy with the way I was treated, as a human being! A friendly smile when you walk in, and the doctors are wonderful also!
The office staff are professional and courteous. This was my first visit to the office and everyone was great, especially Dr, Murphy. As a new patient, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything as the appointment progressed.
