Helpful, friendly staff and A+ experience. I like bifocals for walking around (distance/reading), but the standard reading distance seemed too close so I had the optometrist write me a new prescription for a father reading distance. Placed the order, glasses arrived in two days, and they're perfect. Definitely would buy here again.

Roxxann is very rude she don’t know how to deal with customer.I came to place my order after giving details at the end she said she don’t know how to place order. please replace her
Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a vision center. Customer service is non-existent. I had to visit so many times due to their mistakes. 1.) The rep didn't know how to enter insurance into the computer, making me come back so a more experienced person could assist. 2.) When I came back, I found the rep in back on her phone. I waited about 20 minutes, then went to the customer service desk to ask them to alert her. And after calling her colleague on her day off twice she got my information entered. 3.) The third time I arrived to get my glasses they were closed, even though the text confirmed that they were open until 9 pm. 4.) When I got the glasses, they were so wrong, like they were someone else's prescription. How did this doctor get licensed? Not only was my prescription wrong, but it wasn't even close. 5.) They had me fax my expired prescription to them and forgot to turn on their fax machine causing me to waste my money and time on that. 6.) I was scheduled to come back for a reexamination and called ahead to let them know due to construction I was running 15 minutes behind and the doctor refused to see me. 7.) I requested a refund and they told me that I'd need to come in again for them to process it and that they were going to find an alternative and call me back, they never called back. 8.) They no longer answer when I call. I will be reporting this to their HR department and to their Optometric partnerships. Disgusting. I demand my refund be processed immediately and my insurance e credited for the glasses, frames, and eye exam.
Jessika is an absolute gem. She remembers customers by name, has excellent customer service, and she really cares about the people she is helping. She helped me pick the perfect frames for my face, acknowledging that glasses are a commitment so she wanted me to pick the right ones for me. The doctor was super friendly and efficient, I just cannot say enough good things about this vision center. Thank you for the awesome customer service ladies!!!!
I've always had great experiences here except my last round of getting new glasses. They have a new Dr. here and I did my exam but my prescription is not right. I can't read my computer screen and I have to put my glasses on my nose so I can see to drive. I went back 3 times and they adjust the angle but that's it. I am using my old glasses now and will have to try another place and start over.
