I was told by Walmart that I could come in for a free sample, so I drove all the way here based on that. When I arrived, the associate at the counter suddenly said she couldn’t do it — no explanation, no apology, just “no.” Extremely disappointing after being given the runaround. If you make a promise to customers, you should honor it or at least communicate clearly before wasting people’s time and gas.
I receive the absolute BEST SERVICE everytime I go here. Narissa treats me kindly with respect. 🫡 I absolutely recommend Howell Michigan Vision Center
My family has had nothing but a good experience with the Walmart Vision center Drs and staff, and we've been going to them for 3 years. A lot of the reviews state they push upgrades on lenses and glasses. That has not been our experience at all. They do offer upgrades on your lenses just like any other eye center, but with no high pressure sales pitch. Everyone's needs are different. My husband only gets the anti-glare feature and declines the rest. No issues.
A wonderful experience! All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient! I have worn glasses for over 45 years & this is the best & clearest prescription I have ever had! Kudos to the doctor for doing an amazing job! Thank you so much!
TOTALLY HIGHLY TRAINED and professional and TRULY a wonderful experience ❤️!!! We Had my husband work with Cat, but I initially worked with Nerrissa and then Tracy and even Joe ( the manager) got involved to help and give advice and help.. suggestions!! I felt so cared for here!! They really really take their time getting the right measurements!! The Doctor here has been Dr. Beth was so nice and so kind, positive and has such patience.
