Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Listed services include glasses & frames, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and sports & safety eyewear. Insurance accepted includes Superior Vision and Spectera (5 plans in total). Care is provided by Evan Kuhn, OD. It is open 7 days a week, including weekends, with evening hours on weekdays. You can walk in without an appointment. Want to first say, the Dr is great! Staff is great. However, I always ordered my contacts previously through Americas Best. I would recommend to not order through Walmart. You have no tracking information. It’s been over a week and still no contacts and they are more expensive. Just FYI
I just wanted to thank Jessica from the eye clinic at the Baxter Walmart. I was out of town for a bachelorette party and went to put my contacts in, and one was missing from the case. All of the local (Crosslake) eye clinics were closed on Saturday, so I thought I’d call this location to see if there was anything they could do. I explained the situation I was in, and Jessica was more than willing to help. We went over my prescription and thankfully they had my prescription in stock. When I got there, the staff was very friendly & quick to greet me. Thank you so much for all of your help this past weekend.
I was taken care of quite well. And my eye exam was top notch. I was more than impressed with my service and I would highly recommend anyone to this vision center. I had a terrible experience at my last eye examination. And my Optometrist here fixed my issues instantly. Even with covid he listened to me and found the prescription I needed for my eyes. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever.
The ladies at the vision center were exceptional helpful. We had to get glasses for my 6 year old daughter and they did a great job making her feel important and special. A shout out to Jill for doing an amazing job.
Everyone was absolutely amazing! Sy made my check in easy and Jessica was wonderful helping me get my new glasses ordered.
