Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Wonderful care, courteous technicians, nice frames and affordable. Glasses come back quickly. If there is a problem they take care of it right away, usually no charge. Technician will call your eye clinic if there is anything they need to know. Make sure you know coverage through your insurance.
Dr. Dramen is very professional and efficient. I also liked that he carried on an open conversation throughout my eye exam. Would recommend.
Wow! We’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at Walmart Vision Center. We didn’t get our eye exams here but stopped in to look at frames when our 9 year old son needed glasses. The ladies were so genuinely nice and got him excited about picking out glasses! They helped find frames that would work for his face shape and we got a pair of glasses AND prescription sunglasses for him for the same price as we were quoted for the same pair at a small optometrist in Sartell. I’m generally not a fan of Walmart stores but this vision center is a gem. The ladies working there go above and beyond and the prices are extremely reasonable. Going to return for all our families glasses/contacts from now on! The glasses were ready just a few days later and he loves them and is excited to show everyone at school!
I had my eye exam done elsewhere but their optician was not helpful so I ended up here and saw Joel. Joel answered every question straight up and when I picked out some sunglasses that he didn't think would work with my prescription but that I really liked he said "if you like them that much we'll try it and if they don't work we'll go to option B". They didn't work, he was right, but I got a refund with no argument and a new style ordered.
The doctor here is fantastic! I have my eyecare through Walmart and also 2 kids that receive all eyecare here as well. The doctor is great with all ages!! You just cannot beat the Walmart eyeglass prices, especially with the kids as they seem to go through them much faster. They offer the same 12 month guarantee and promotions that the more expensive eyecare clinics offer.
