My daughter broke her glasses late on Friday night and thankfully we were able to get them fixed right of way Saturday morning. Julian more than just helped us in a bind, he saved our weekend! He went above and beyond, was patient, friendly, professional and offered us to look around while we waited at new frames for the future. The store was clean, organized and had great prices.

Julian was likely the most helpful person I've ever encountered when shopping for frames. Super helpful, (but not at all pushy) knowledgable, attentive to details, patient, responsive. This kind of customer service deserves a shout-out. Highly recommend!

Laquanta was amazing ! She was on her lunch break when we passed by and over heard us in a rush and she opened up shop just for us ! Great customer service !

I like that they’re open 7 days a week, have seen both doctors and they are both thorough and professional. Explained things well. Glasses were ready in less than a week! Good pricing too.

Dr. Joyce was thorough in her appointment and the staff took care of me as well. Julian was patient while I took plenty of time selecting the perfect frames.
