Walmart Vision Center

Love this location and the friendly staff at the Walmart Vision Center! Dr. Laue takes his time, listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains what is going on. He makes me feel positive and relaxed. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Melissa is super friendly and always smiling and takes her time as well to help me pick out glasses etc. Amanda and Jim and all the staff are friendly even if they're very busy they will acknowledge you and get to you as soon as possible. It's so nice to go somewhere to get medical care and feel like you are welcome! Kudos to Dr. L and his staff! Tell them Vicki sent you!

I’ve been going to Dr. Laue for 15 years now and would never consider going elsewhere. I landed with him after some bad experiences at other eye doctors when I was first trying to get into contacts and he takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and recommends what is best for you personally. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and actually gets to know you. 15/10 would recommend to anyone!

The staff rocks. They got me an appointment super fast & took me back as soon as I finished the paperwork. I detest the places that make you wait even when you have an appointment - my time is valuable. I especially recommend John for an optician. I found the optometrist to be qualified, but impatient & slightly rude. I think it was either a personality clash, or that I took too long focusing on the lines (my eyes were very tired), or if it was b/c the lenses on the machine were dirty (He blew it off when I brought it to his attention). However, John is the best optician I've ever had. The staff was great at helping me pick out frames. John is knowledgeable, conscientious, helpful, & informative. He goes the extra mile - someone that is hard to find these days.

I do NOT recommend. They do not stand behind their prescriptions. I took my prescription elsewhere for progressive glasses and the reading part of the glasses are too strong. I told Dr Laue that I thought what he said was too strong when he gave me the script but he refused to even consider that it was too strong. Now I can not get glasses that actually allow me to see correctly without paying for another exam. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT GLASSES THAT YOU CAN SEE THROUGH. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN DR LAUE.

They could not able to verify my Insurance coverage and don’t have basic knowledge about how insurance works. I had to visit another Walmart, the workers in this store don’t have skills or knowledge. I highly recommend to visit another store if you have plan to buy in Lake St Louis store
