This morning was my first time in a Walmart in 30 years because I didn’t like them putting individually owned shops out of business. I went to WM in Cassville, MO to get prescription glasses because eye doc in Arkansas recommended I go there. Brenda took plenty of time with crotchety old me. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient but not hurried. She was like the people in individually owned shops used to be. I was so impressed and relieved, it was a good experience. I’m even happy that I get to go back to pick up my new glasses next week! Who'da thought?
Even though they don’t have a Dr. at this location, I needed some assistance with a frame I had purchased there. Brenda, an associate, helped me for way longer than she should have (I was indecisive). She was patient, caring, and went above and beyond to help me with new frames! I love this Walmart.
I completely skewed/bent my glasses and one of the lenses popped out after I fell on them…but then I came to Walmart vision center in Cassville and this very nice lady took them into the back and put them back together! They’re just like new! Good place and good people!!!
THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. The manager took the utmost care of my needs. Very diligent about cleaning and wiping surfaces as well as eyewear before I tried them on... WOW so patient with me too with my questions. I have shopped here for years and they just upped the game.
