I have been to Many eye care specialist’s in my life. I have never had the great care and concern for my vision as I have had with Dr. Aubrey Roberts. She has changed my life with the care she gave me. I will always be grateful to her. In addition, the staff is so kind, friendly, thorough and tight as a group. I love them.

Tomorrow will be 3 wks I ordered my glasses. First wk I was called and told my glasses were in but they were wrong in some way and need to send them back I said ok. 2nd wk I was told a shipment came in but short help so I drove up there my choice. I get there and there not ready I said ok why. She tells me they came in but we're wrong and need to be sent back. I was told they will contact me when they arrive. I spent 500$ and I want to be able to see with my glasses. Life's hard enough come on. People there were happy but I'm not.
The exam was fine, it was the fitting of the glasses and lenses that just didn't work I tried progressive bifocals and they didn't get it measured right so I have an expensive pair of glasses I can't use went back to the readers from WalMart.
Everyone is super nice and helpful. They also fixed my grandma's prism issues when no one else could. Highly recommend!
Exam and Dr. Roberts were good. Always available to assist whether via phone or text. I’m glad they are in town so I don’t have to drive far away.
