I have been going here for a couple years to see the same eye doctor. I told them my glasses broke, and I had a contact lens exam. I was offering to pay for contacts and order them the same day of the exam, but they told me to wait because the doctor wanted me to use a trial pair of two different types for one eye and I had to wait for them to come in the mail. After waiting for them to come in the mail when I go to pick them up, they’re only giving me a trial for one eye. It is just common sense that no one can try one eye without the other eye. So them ordering me two separates for prescriptions for just a left eye is not helpful when I cannot even try or use it. I feel like it is literally just common sense and the person the man who answers the phone is very rude about the situation and very unhelpful. I asked if he can reach out to the doctor to confirm because it is an emergency. I just had surgery. I need to be able to see and I have not been having anything in my eyes at all for over two days because they didn’t give me enough trials on the day of the exam And I just see it being an ongoing issue when I go to pick up the complete trial set and I have to wait two extra days because the doctor won’t be in for two days. I will have to try them to see if I want to order that one or the first trial that they gave me. So I will be having no glasses or no contacts or anything while I wait for the order that I pay for. I If I could cancel the entire service and prescription with Walmart and go to somewhere else like target that is more organized, I definitely would. I will never return to this Walmart location. I can’t even use the trial. They gave me because like I said, I cannot put contacts in the right eye and walk around with nothing in the left eye that makes no sense at all so what kind of a trial is that they completely screwed me over and they refuse to help. I asked if there was something they can do to call the doctor outside of business hours, almost as an emergency because I just had surgery. I need my vision and they refuse to help

I had a very negative experience with the service at this location. The young man working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite verifying my insurance and coverage prior to my appointment, I was told something different upon arrival. When I questioned this discrepancy, the worker gave me no explanation other than that's what the paper that he printed said and it wasn't going to change and showed no willingness to help me understand. To make matters worse, I overheard him talking about me to his coworkers while I was calling my insurance to verify the information. I remained respectful and polite throughout the interaction, but the worker's behavior made me feel disrespected and frustrated. I eventually cancelled my appointment and went to a neighboring Walmart, where I received excellent service from polite and helpful workers. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
Everybody should be aware of the way this vision center run the business. They are the bigest scammer on earth. first of all, the guy "Chris" who run the center is extremely rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service skills. I ordered my prescrition with a new frame that I chose from the collection. When I received my glasses, lt was wiggling and literaly damaged. The guy intimidated me and conviced me this is your new glasses; there is no way to change it unless you pay an upgrade. When I asked to get the frame I tried on the first time, he turned into red and showed his aggressive face. They must have had returned frames from other customers which they give to new customers as new. Don't pay hundreds of Dollars to be scammed.
I took my daughter here to order more contacts, as her prescription was about to expire. We ordered two boxes for each eye. They charged my Healthcare savings card. They only had one box of each in stock. Was told 5-7 days. Never received a call. When I went to inquire, they said I picked them all up when i placed the original order, which was untrue. They gave me a few trials for her and said they would place the order for two boxes again. When she went to pick up, she was given two individual lenses for each eye, not two boxes, as they said they had given her trials. Now prescription is expired so she can’t order more without another exam. They did not give me what i paid for.
The associates working here are very helpful and proactive. Prices are excellent compared to the other chain stores. Wish they were in-network for VSP but like I said frames and lenses are so cheap, not really an issue.
