Doctor Swisher has the customer service skills of a Catholic nun And looks like a sickly Victorian child. they wasted an hour and forty minutes of my time just to tell me it was gonna be a month to even get in the right contacts to test my eyes. So I booked my appointment as a contact exam I reminded them 3 times I was there to get contacts. they do a glasses exam completely, forget about the contacts exam. Almost had me checked out before I asked. How much are the contacts going to be they panic because they clearly forgot and neglected the whole reason I was there. Tried to rebook me and then said it would take a month for them to get the things they needed to test my eyes for contacts, and they would be like 600$ I said that's outrageous. I want a second opinion. Swisher got a huge attitude with me when i said i wanted a second opinion told me Feel free to pursue eye care somewhere else. Well, that was the whole point of the second opinion, sherlock. Thanks for your blessing, but I guess that's. What you get when you try to buy contacts at Walmart Go to a real professional. I still don't believe contacts will be that much. I'll find out when I get my second opinion. But you're telling me i've been getting my glasses done at walmart for decades now And you can't look at my prescription and tell me they're going to be astronomically expensive. They certainly could have if they didn't mess up my appointment 3 times. And then they still strong arm me to pay for the exam I didn't want. How am I supposed to trust in exam Done by people who can't even remember why I'm there.
