Walmart Vision Center

Scheduled me for a appointment the following day. I showed up and was told it wasn't until the following Wednesday. I asked if they could squeeze me in and was told they couldn't. listened back to my phone call confirmed it was that today. I went back and showed it was confirmed for today and was told I couldnt show up 10 minutes late and expect to be helped.

They take walk-ins, which is great! I already had my prescription and had chosen my frames. However their extremely long wait times is very annoying. Multi tasking would be helpful.

The eye exam was a joke. It was done thru Zoom and at the end I told the doctor that I had double vision with what he prescribed and he told me, “well try this and we will see how it goes”. The glasses were unusable and when I requested a refund I was told that the exam was non-refundable. Avoid this optometrist at all costs

Went to Vision Center for exam May 1, 2018 to get contacts. Received trial pair. Right contact was blurry the doctor said with Mono vision it takes some adjustment. I wore contacts off and on for a month with blurry vision on right side. I walked in today and the doctor is on vacation and the staff member who was there said sorry no one is here & you need to see the doctor. Needless to say I need to be able to see. I will never go back & unfortunately I have to go somewhere else to have another exam. They could've gave me another contact until the doctor returned, but the employee was not sympathetic or empathetic...all I got was Sorry. Poor Customer Service from the Lady up front!!

My wife recently purchased prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. Great experience! Assistants were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Glasses fit well, and she says she can see well with both pairs. She always uses a WM center for glasses, and is always very satisfied.
