DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I’m leaving this message on behalf of a friend that had an appt on 01-07-2026 to see Dr Wiley. She would leave this message herself but she doesn’t understand how to do this on google. It was soooo disappointing to hear her story. She stated that her appt was at 11:30 a.m. and she arrived at 11:00 a.m. but receptionist told her that DR Wiley wouldn’t see her today after he has seen his other 4 patients that was late ( all of those appointments were late which made her appointment later). If that’s the case, those patients should have been rescheduled. She is DISABLED and did express her concerns to the receptionist about her traveling a long distance (from Braxton) for her appointment but she did not receive service that she was scheduled for. So her time, money for gas, and miles on her vehicle was in vain because they didn’t honor her appointment that they scheduled.

Dr Wiley has been my eye Dr for years. He has prescribed Glasses and later contacts. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful yet very professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you have not only what you need but they direct you to Next door at Walmart vision area an give instructions to them so that you get what you need and want . I’m very satisfied. He’s a Great Dr and I’ve been going to him several years and I will continue to go as long as I need Him. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone looking for an Optometrist .

Absolutely Wonderful place and people!! Have been using Dr. Wiley next door, and this Walmart vision center for Years, got my first pair of glasses here many years ago. A few new people over the years, but the welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere has not changed. SO helpful, nice, and patient with me😊, and no matter how many times I called in, or asked a gazillion questions in person, their friendliness, good humor, and professionalism never wavered. I talked to all 3 at different times, and I hope I'm getting names/spelling right, Daffeny, Angelia, and JJ, all so helpful with insurance and glasses selection, ordering, and the fitting when picking up. Thank you So much from a very satisfied customer! Also, anytime in the past when I've needed a frame adjusted,tightened, fixed (I am HARD on my glasses) my experience has been the same - outstanding! Thank you!!!👏👏👏😎

Received excellent service at a critical time. Both regular and back up glasses were broken beyond repair. Walked in and was able to get a set of my lenses placed inside a new frame. The associate was very professional and courteous. I was extremely satisfied.

The whole process of ordering glasses and contacts was made painless by JJ. He presented all available options and the best plan for my vision insurance coverage. My glasses were ready by the end of the week. I went in on Saturday and Angelia greeted me promptly and made sure my fitting was appropriate. Very nice people and very clean, organized office.
