If I'm being honest, I wasn't expecting great service but Dr. Roscoe was fantastic. He was patient, thorough, and took time to make sure my new contacts were comfortable (having me try on a few different ones), while also showing me photos of my eye to give me a better understanding of what he was saying. The receptionist was lovely, and I will absolutely be back for all my eye needs/concerns!
Dr. Rosco is an excellent eye doctor and the receptionist in his office is very nice and friendly but some of the people in the visions center are not very friendly at all. I went in to ask a question one day and 2 ladies were sitting at the desk (one was the lady who wear the tall heels all the time) I ask my question they were not very polite in answering and the lady with the heels was looking at something on her phone and never looked up at all to acknowledge I was there, very unprofessional.
Almost two months ago I first ordered glasses. It took a month to receive these new glasses. My previous pair from WM took 12 days. The prescription is wrong so the order was sent back to the lab. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my new glasses. The staff tries to blame it on my prescription. The prescription is the same give or take a few when I got my previous 2 pairs of glasses from WM that took 12 days or less. There are many that have stronger prescription than I do. They already did it once minus an adjustment it should not be that difficult. Also had I been told initially that if I go to bifocals I can never go back I would not have. I will not buy glasses from WM again. I have to call for updates or go in, they don't call me to keep me updated. I just want to be able to see is that too much to ask for?!!!!!
I love this vision center Dr Rosco is great he is a nice guy I felt very comfortable here this was my first time having a eye exam and I needed glasses I bought my glasses from here too Mary and the other lady that work there are very kind and friendly I will all ways shop here for my glasses
They've taken good care of me for the past 16 years. They've been very accommodating.
