This place doesnt make any sense. I went in there on Saturday around 2-230pm to place an order for another pair of glasses only to be told by the 2 people working there that the Optician is not in the office at that time every day and that they couldn't even look up my old order and reorder without the Optician there. I then returned there TODAY to order my additional pair of glasses and when the Optician looked up my account, I was told that they could not order them for me as my prescription expired in July 2025. So, naturally then I asked them if they could do an eye exam for me and reorder the glasses. Then I was told that they do not have a Dr. onsite any longer because he retired. SO WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN??!!

I would avoid this location at any cost. They harassed and defamed my 11 year old son. The manager Paul approved of this behavior by his employees. I have it all on video. Walmart upper management above store level refused to contact me back and instead had the vision center manager Paul call the police and have me banned from the entire property for standing up for my son. The assistant store manager from the store itself didn’t have a problem with me being there and Paul still it happen. I would avoid this and go to Hendersonville. They will be receiving a letter of intent to sue in the very near future for discrimination, defamation, and harassment. Walmart corporate has every chance to contact me and discuss this situation before it escalated to this but they refused. Avoid this location at any cost. If anyone wishes I have video evidence/proof of all allegations and would be glad to share them so you don’t patronage this business.

I scratched my len and I couldn't get in with my husband's eye doctor for 2 months. AMAZING staff educated me of doctor on site she was great with state of the art equipment (explained everything) and got my new glasses ordered. Great experience will continue to use. Thank you for helping me see again. I feel like am in high definition again. Thank you. Updated 2/18/25 still the same amazing services. Thank you.

Eyeglasses at a great price. Two visits in one week and both were great. Optometrists and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
