I had a wonderful experience with ophthalmology when I requested lenses to be inserted into my frame. I especially want to highlight the consultant who assisted me on January 7, 2025. She was incredibly attentive and helped me with all the questions and challenges that came up during the order process. Despite it being the end of the workday, she accepted my order at 6:50 PM with professionalism and a positive attitude. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Thank you so much for your exceptional service!

I've been getting my eyeglass prescriptions with Rosanna for some years and I continue to find the service outstanding. There is a nice selection of frames of different quality and price points. Rosanna's knowledge and technical skills are the best. Rosanna and Fatima are highly focused on customer service. Both are adept with accurate frames measuring so that my eyeglasses fit comfortably. And when I buy a pair of eyeglasses with lenses that contain mutliple prescriptions, I especially appreciate how effective they are with explaining the pros and cons of the different options available. I highly recommend them.

I have been to this Optical center multiple times. Their hours of service are sporadic and not what is listed on this site. I finally made it during the time they were open yesterday. The optical assistant and another person complained the whole time about lens companies not doing their job, while I was looking at frames. Ironic since she was not doing her job!! She never even asked if I needed any assistance. Guess I won't be getting my new eyeglasses there!! I have had wonderful service at the Optical Center in Walmart on Glenwood in the past. I had moved and thought I would try this store. I will go back to where there is customer service!

The receptionist and Doctor were very friendly. I felt comfortable and welcome. They didn't accept my insurance but the price is inexpensive compared to other locations I've been to. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
