Walmart Vision Center

Picked up my glasses from here yesterday. Terrific service!!! Nanci was super nice and very helpful.

Great experience, great customer service. Jimmy is so helpful, and just so nice with our son. I would highly recommend this wal-mart vision center.

Absolutely phenomenal service from the first initial visit from Nadia whom waited on us and we came back to have my Mom fitted for frames with David & Tasheema. They are extremely nice and professional and took very good care of my Mom whom was referred to this location by the Institution of the blind in Charlotte. This Indian Trail team went above and beyond for us and they deserve praise and recognition for being great at what they do. I highly recommend others to this Indian Trail location for fast, efficient and friendly service.

I had a wonderful experience! James (Jimmy) helped my family and went above and beyond. I had a less than pleasant experience at a prior eye doctor, which I related, and had the complete opposite service here. I am now a loyal customer and refer all my family and friends. James took time out for us, made me feel like a valued customer, and I felt that he appreciated our business. I also saved money! The other clinic wanted an exorbitant amount. Go here if you need eye care!

I have no time to walk in and set up an appointment so I tried to call and make an appointment for my next day off. I spent 3-4 days calling 2-3 times a days. No answer. The day they finally picked up I told them I wanted to schedule an appointment I was transferred to 2 different people and the second person gave me a number to call to set up an appointment. That’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to call several people just to schedule an appointment. I called America’s Best ,and they scheduled me a same day appointment the moment I called. They didn’t have to transfer me to anyone the set it all up right then and there. and they had me in and out in roughly an hour if that! I will never use Walmart eye vision center ever again
