Walmart Vision Center

Shout out to Ashley and Brad in the vision center. I purchased glasses and simply didn't like the fit or feel of the frames. I was able to choose new ones and Ashley worked with my insurance to make the switch painless. Greatly appreciate you guys!

After scheduling for a walk in appointment and given a specific time to come in we were made to wait almost two hours to be seen, they made my boyfriend take out his contacts upon arrival which meant he was uncomfortable and unable to see all that time. I can understand having to wait a little but this was ridiculous, multiple people came in late for their appointments (up to 40 mins) and still given priority, the staff was unattentive during this whole time, very displeased with the experience as a whole. Would not recommend and this is definitely the last time me or my family will be coming here.

Always take their first apt in the morning so u will be taken ontime. It was a good eye exam and I didn't get talked into more than I can afford. I came early so I could look at frames before being dilated. Not bad for so.eone on a budget

I will never go back. First the women working there had no idea what she was doing. My contacts, which were supposed to be mailed to me never came. When I called a man said they had extra in stock and that must be my missing contacts. Glad I called and checked. I want to the store to get them and no one could find them. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Phenominal experience! With all due respect to the disgruntled reviewers, I have nothing but great things to say about this location and it's kind, courteous, respectful and attentive staff. Highly recommend making this your go-to location! Thanks for such great service, especially when it's on a holiday!
