In Greensboro in the Wendover Av. I return to the Vision Crnter, because my glasses not fix well in my face. Isaac, was very professional and demonstrated knowledge and care about my problem. He fixed my glasses and explain the frame was so big to my face, next time need focus more in what really work to me and not really in the style. I leave the vision center so happy, because learn what I need. Vision Center need have in every store one Isaac or he need be the trainer the staff in Vision center. Congrats to the Vision Center because have an excellent thecnician.

The contacts don’t fit my eyes, I tried telling the doctor that and he accused me of possibly dropping the contact and stepping on it. I’ve gone through a year and had worth of contacts in 8 months. I’ve been wearing contacts for 36 years, I know something isn’t right. Secondly, I just finally got my glasses ordered and these are the worst glasses, I see worse out of the glasses than I do my contacts. Terrible doctor. Thirdly, the vision center itself is on top of their game, real polite and helpful. Too bad they are associated with the Doctor.

I have purchased glasses from this Vision Center for over 12 years and today I will purchase my glasses somewhere else. I did not realize they were close to closing for lunch..if he had told me so I would gladly come back at another time. Instead he made comments to another customer that he did not know how long it would take and then cut his eyes over at me. I did not see this my daughter did. I canceled my order.

I was a new PT. Receptionist told me when giving me the clipboard "please don't sneeze on us". I was appalled. She said it was just a joke. I asked if I looked like someone who would have sneeze on people and she said it was a joke instead of asking all the covid questions. I was satisfied with that. She knew I was self pay when I asked if I needed to give my SSN. She said it's for insurance purposes. I reminded her I was self pay. She said it was up to me. Then added under her breath besides we are a hippa facility. I said they were vulnerable to break ins and hacking. If you don't really need it I didn't think it should be required. Dr Minton came out and asked if I understood the paperwork. He was short and terse in his tone. When i said i didn't think this would work he quickly jumped in and began to badger me about being confrontational when i arrived. He was loud and towered over me in my personal space. I am an older woman who uses a cane to ambulate. If i could give lass than 1 star i would.
