Came in with a pair of glasses that was missing one of the nose cushion pieces. I expected to buy the cushion and replace it myself, but the gentleman on staff did everything right there on the spot for me. Even went so far as to adjust my frames so that they sat properly and snuggly. An absolute pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!
Mr. Stephen is outstanding with his customer service!!!! He's the best in every way. He was very helpful with ordering my contact lenses and glasses. I just love coming here to get my order because of him. Kudos to Mr. Stephen on his amazing work!!!
Its supposed to be open during these hours I work out of town and I came here to pick them up I asked the store do they know when someone is going to be here they said no like this is jankey its 10 oclock
Last time with Chris was great. This time with stephen and crystal was slam awful. So unhelpful and rude. They told me Walmart had bought out the vision center and things were different. My frames were broken and they could not get me the frames or transfer my lenses. crystal told me they could lose their jobs if they were to transfer my lenses and they were not going to lose their job for me. WOW. I then asked stephen who his supervisor was and he told me he didnt know. Told me to call Walmart customer service to find out. Well I did call customer service and found out his supervisor worked right in the store with him. Another WOW. All I wanted was to buy new frames and I felt like I was under attack. I will never go back. They should be ashamed of themselves. I don't recommend them at all now.
Was recently in the store and my lens popped out. Went to Division Center and an man named Stiv helped me . He also readjusted the glasses and went in the back and dotted them up he said to make sure as he said my no line bifocals were lined up right. Spent a lot of time with me and I swear when I left i was seeing better than when I walked in. I returned to thank him and give him $ and he said that the glasses were not aligned right probably due to normal use so his adjustment would make me see better. He is top notch and did it all for free !!
