This place is great! Don't let the fact that's located in Walmart fool you. They have lots of very affordable name brand and designer glasses. Dr. Kimble was super nice, thorough, and professional. The staff that work there are nice, attentive, knowledgable, and fun. Shanna and Joe Q had me laughing and entertained the entire time. And ladies if you're looking for a handsome, slightly older, very nice gentleman, go meet Joe Q ;)

I came in to look for glasses I was greeted by the larger of the two guys there; I can't call them gentlemen because they were not helpful. They were so engaged in conversation I proceeded to tried on multiple glasses for about 25 minutes. Through the mirror I can see the two guys looking at me but not at one time did anyone offer me any assistance. They continue talking about Walmart stock and Walmart health benefits. After 30 minutes I approached the two guys and ask them " what is a good day to come in for customer service since no one is helping me today"? The tall larger guy said oh our system is down and I can't sell you anything. I said well still you could have offered me some assistance, I guess I need to go to another Walmart eye center. You're not the only eye care in town. The short dark hair guy had a sheepest look on his face as though he felt a little guilty, but he offered no apologies. This was the worst customer service I have received at this location; 30 minutes and no assistance. He could have told me that the system was down and still provided me customer service for another visit.
Went in looking for glasses that I might would like, not a big selection. I was not greeted, still looked at several frames for about 20 minutes. Attendant approached out of nowhere with a box stating anything I touched needed to be in that box to be sanitized. So it seemed as if she were implying that she didn't care if I bought anything and that she assumed that I had cooties or was nasty, seeing as not everyone looking at glasses had a box. So yeah not impressed whatsoever.
Absolutely great folks! I sat on my glasses during the COVID-19 crisis. The frames were bent badly and they were really uncomfortable. Most eye care centers were closed, including where I had purchased mine. They fixed my glasses in just a few minutes! What a lifesaver. I'll be back.
This is absolutely the best place to get quality and affordable glasses in Raleigh. The manager and employees are great! Excellent customer service and great product. Highly recommend.
