Walmart Vision Center

The quality of my lenses were very poor supposed to be the best quality they have. I cannot even see through them very well, and it is not my prescription. It has a hyper focused point in the center of the lens and anything outside of that point I cannot see you cannot use any sort of peripheral vision with them. I've tried wearing them for days and they say I have to go get a whole new prescription but they will not check the quality of the lenses clarity.

Do yourself a favor and get your optical needs done here! I purchased my glasses and I was able to get them within 7 days but it arrived early so it only took 3 days. My insurance was out of network and Tessa helped explain that process to me a bit and I was able to get that reimbursement from my insurance company a month later. Tessa suggested I get the $20 warranty/insurance policy and I'm so glad I did because this happened (see photos) and I got my glasses 4 months ago. Tessa was able to get my glasses fixed that same day. Luckily the frame was the only thing that broke otherwise the lens would have taken longer to repair. Overall great customer service! Tessa always goes above and beyond for the people that come through so make sure to stop by. Get this woman a raise!!!

Highly recommended their products. Theyre comfortable, fits perfectly, high-quality and fast delivery! My glasses arrived 3 days after my appointment which is the fastest I've ever had anything ship. The associates there are kind and extremely helpful. I find getting a new pair of glasses stressful but they really make it a whole experience. Tessa helped me try on glasses and find the perfect pair. They were very professional and personal. It was a great vist.

Jessica was amazing! She helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and was even able to keep it under my budget!!! She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!!! Once my glasses came in, Tessa, the manager, assisted me and did a fabulous job!!! She fitted my glasses and I could not believe how well I could see!!! I was so overjoyed I almost cried. Tessa was just as excited for me as I was! A big thank you to Jessica and Tessa for making my experience so easy and pleasant!!! 😁

Tessa did an awsome job, going into detail of certain glasses for work, at home ect. She has a lot of knowledge about glasses, prices, insurance. Only down fall, not to her is her co workers might need some help advancing to Tessa’s level. Overall great place
