I have used Williston Basin Eyecare for over 10 years. I have to say, I had never felt anpy kind of uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend every one I know or don't know, How kind and attentive your staff has always treated me, my Nana, my grandchildren, and my husband. Please never change. I had an emergency circumstantial (new patient)appointment earlier today. I must share the warm welcome and social community environment I experienced while receiving services from Dr. Sime and the other staff members. Dr. Sime displayed austerity, professionalism, and tactical intelligence throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business to those searching for a family oriented optometrist care.

I love Dr Anderson!! I always recommend her to everyone!! The BEST BEST BEST experience in choosing glasses. I bet I’ve been a patient here for 25 years and today made history. I have never had such helpful ladies to pick glasses. A+++++

The easy process stated with Erica whom checked my husband and I in. She was so nice. Then the wonderful lady that did some of our eye tests made the experience a speedy experience, but a fun one. Dr Tofte was the next one we saw. He is always so professional, yet personable. The lady that helped with our selection of frames and the lady that checked us out were extremely helpful. We have gone to this clinic for many years. Everyone is very professional, yet enjoyable to go to. I would highly recommend them.

Update 5-29 Still NO GLASSES!! Was told 5/20 the would be here on 5/26 at the latest. 5/27 I called and manager Amy called me back and said they shipped but didn’t have a tracking number to give me and that she would provide that, the next day. I called 5/28 and left a message for her as I didn’t hear from her. I called this morning and did the same thing… tried calling the general clinic line several times before someone picked up. Alexandra had to call me back only to tell me that “they shipped” but no tracking info was available. That she would call me tomorrow (Saturday) to provide this. I then asked her who the owners were so I could make aware of how their optical dept is operating. She couldn’t say for sure and there is no email or info on their website that I can find. Going on 6 MONTHS OF MY CHILD HAVING HEADACHES!! We called in January to get an appointment for my son who was getting headaches and squinting. The earliest we could get him in was April. We get in, order glasses (special lenses) and were told 3 weeks. It’s now been 6 weeks. I’ve been calling and every time they say the lab is “shaping” the lenses and will be sent out the next day. Same story, same results. We are going on 6 months of headaches for my son!! I’m waiting on a call back from the optical manager, Amy. Update! Amy called back and was very transparent about the timeline of shipments and the lab checking them in to their system. The offered to give me a full refund.
