Tech was able to expertly adjust my glasses perfectly. The ear pieces were quite deformed and unable to wear. She reshaped and fitted them with great care. I have never has better service.

I went here to get my glasses fixed. I had bent the metal part of the arm while camping. Walmart was the closest vision center, so I decided to give them a try. There were two women who helped me at the Vision Center. They were very clear that there was some risk to fixing my glasses, but with my permission they would attempt to bend the metal piece back. One of the employees was able to fix my glasses and make them look good as new! I was appreciative of their communication, especially around potential risks. It’s been about a month since I’ve gotten them fixed and I haven’t had any issues with them.

I have been the happy customer of the Vision Center of this Walmart in Plymouth, NH for the past few years, and many times I needed the assistance of an optician without making a purchase. Whether to tighten and adjust a pair of glasses or to take some measurements of my eyes to help me purchase eyewear that they did not carry, I was always treated like a valued, paying, customer. Especially noteworthy is the professional and friendly manner of the center's manager, Elena Corum. There are many places that say the customer comes first, but this is a rare place where they put you and and your needs ahead of any gain for them. I can't say enough about the vision center! They are the best!

Optometry Elena is the best I have had in my 40 years of glasses
