The opticians I worked with were lovely. They were very helpful and kind. They really took the time to explain everything to me. I did not like the doctor; she did not introduce herself; and was not easy to talk to.

I went to the optical center and Scarlett assisted me with my new prescription. The lab does not have the frames in stock, the last pair was in the Vision Store she tried so many times call them to see if she can send it to them, they said yes but it on the computer system wouldn’t let her process the order but she didn’t give up. Thank to her great job and multiple attempts it went through. I would like to say thank you very much Scarlett

The girl named Viola working in the front desk is very rude and not polite while talking to the patients. Had an appointment at 10:45 and was waiting until 11:45, until I realised that she was just getting patients in front on me without even thinking about a patient that has been patiently waiting for an hour and did not do anything. And I asked her if it was my time to go in after almost a hour, and said to me back, you can leave if you don’t like waiting. Very rude and no so not nice of her. Would definitely give her 0 star if I had the option. Hoping this would catch a managers attention and get her fired ASAP. Please. avoid talking to her because she is not going to help you. VERY RUDE VIOLA!

I took my son here for his annual eye exam, and the doctor was excellent—very professional. She provided us with a prescription for contact lenses, as the ones we were using were not available at that location. She quickly issued a new prescription, and we ordered the lenses from Costco. We really appreciated the service!

I wanted to share my disappointing experience at your establishment. I came in for an eye exam and was told I would receive a call when my contact lenses were ready. After picking them up and trying them on at home, I realized that my left eye was completely blurry. I decided to give it some time, but my vision seemed to worsen due to wearing the wrong prescription. When I returned to explain the issue, your team admitted it was their mistake and provided me with a new set of lenses. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again. This experience has shown me that there is a clear lack of expertise and knowledge about eye care at your facility. I wanted to share this feedback so you are aware of the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend your services to others.
