To say I am IMPRESSED..... UNDERSTATEMENT.... The Staff... EXTREMELY Patient..Helpful... Still CANT believe that even with the holiday.. my glasses were available in just over 1 week.. A competitor wanted to charge TWICE what you guys charged me , with a 4 week lead time.... To TOP it all off.. The Staff , Chose the PERFECT frames for me THANK YOU

Wow! Just left there today. They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever met! Very fast in and out, full exam, usually people in Jersey have bad customer service with attitudes, but this store was unbelievably friendly everybody especially the person who took care of me, Chris thank you. This center just had someone Spanish speaking pick up the phone say she doesn't speak English; placed me back on a never ending phone rings then she picked up again with same result. Hello? Is there anyone who can speak English help pick up the call? Anyone, anyone? 1 star first review. Need to update review.. Our family got our glasses here, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back again.
This is a wonderful place to get an eye exam ! The receptionist, Samrn, is so patient and kind and the eye doctor did a great job on my prescription. I’m looking forward to having this be my go-to annual eye exam. Story time: I ran out of my last pair of contacts the morning of my birthday and I didn’t want to go out that night half blind. I called the store as soon as they opened and they said they were booked but I could call back in 1 hour to see if anything opened up. Thankfully, they had an opening and saw me same day. So grateful for their patience with me and their willingness to work with me even though it wasn’t their problem. I would say that they went above and beyond and that’s why I’m leaving this great review !
