Save your money, time and frustration and go else where. you get what you pay for here - cheap quality. cheap service and inexperienced staff who are extremely rude with zero customer service skills, more focused on telling you you are wrong then actually helping to correct an issue they caused. after losing glasses I ordered and having to start the process all over again, their job is to correctly fit glasses you purchased to your face, as any optical shop does and no glasses fit straight out of the box. they spent approximately 5 minutes total, made 3 small adjustments and told me that I would just have to break them in and they wouldn't be comfortable because of my strong prescription. I've worn glasses for 25 years, they don't get 'broken in' either they are adjusted properly or not.

I’ve been going to Dr. Graham on and off for over 10 years now and each time I see him he’s insightful, kind, and helpful. I feel as though I look forward to going because I know it’s going to be a good visit. His staff are always friendly and they have very affordable options for glasses and contact lenses. I recommend them to anyone who needs their eyes checked and so far no disappointments.

DR Graham is an Excellent eye doctor. He was patient and solved my issue. The staff at the Hamilton Marketplace were exceptional from the sale to the delivery and adjustments. I am very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about their store. Janice is great employee. Very professional ,courteous,knowledgeable and friendly. We have known her for 18 years. The Walmart vision center is a great place to get glasses and excellent service I don't think anyone would be disappointed.
