Staffs were very friendly, helpful, kind and informative. I am 9 months pregnant and close to my due date and made an appointment for my eye exam for blurry vision and long sight. They would’ve done my exam and given me the prescription and glasses but They were being honest that after delivery I may have to do my vision test again. And they let me take my decision to cancel my appointment. Honesty is hard to find here these days and I found it here. I would go back there again for my appointment.
I had a great experience today at this Walmart Vision location. Dr. Springer was the doctor who helped me. I made an appointment, came in 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork. I was helped quickly, and I was treated very nicely by all staff during my appointment. I had my new eye prescription in hand in no time! Thank you again Dr. Springer and the whole Walmart Vision Team!!!!
I went for an eye exam and new glasses back in late April. Everything was fine till the new pair arrived a week later. After 3 days, I could tell they were wrong Perscription. I returned, and they sent them out to be corrected. 2 weeks later, I received them and again after 2-3 days noticed that the Transission part was not on the Glasses. Again, I returned and was told that they would send out new frames and put the correct lenses in and should have them within a week. 1 week later was called by a young lady saying they needed my current frame to send out to be repaired. I advised that this was now my only pair, and I was told by their staff They would send out a new set of frames and get this resolved. Yesterday was 3 weeks, and I called again to find out the status. Told would be ready in a week. 15 minutes later, I received a text saying they were in. When I arrived, I was told they needed my glasses to put the new lenses in. AGAIN, I told them that this was their mistake and not what was supposed to happen. The 3 Ladies working there are rude, inconsiderate, obnoxious, and even after explaining, they made comments thinking no one could hear. I will go back just to get a new prescription from DR Springer, but I will NEVER get glasses from this location ever again!!! Totally unprofessional employees!!!!!
The time it takes to get served here is an example of some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As the poster above says it takes way too long to purchase a box of contact lenses. Also, there is often only one person working and when that person has a customer you could end up waiting more than 20 minutes if you happen to be next in line; 40 minutes if someone is ahead of you (and at no time is your wait even acknowledged). I'm not sure if this is a walmart issue or a vision center issue but this is a horrible place to go if you are in need of customer service. The doctor there was pretty good as a doctor but the external staff is horrendous.
