My dad purchased a pair of glasses, no matter how they adjusted them, he can’t see good with them on, I brought it in 3x to have them adjusted, but not once they mentioned about the 60 days refund policy. The 3rd time 5/14/26, we still had time for a refund, but they made us wait 4 day to see their doctor, so now they say his prescription changed, plus the 60 days are up and we have to pay out of pocket another $225 for new lenses, I felt like they deliberately cheated us on a refund, we will never step foot in that eyeglass place again, better stick with Costco

This review is for the doctor office that provided the exam at Walmart at Rainbow and Spring Mountain Rd on 10/14/25. It was a very horrible experience. The doctor name that is on the eye prescription is Girma Yemane, however not sure if this was really his specific name. He was an older man with white hair. He was running around out in the Walmart Store according to the staff and my daughter had to wait awhile. When he finally showed up, he gave her a short exam and was in a rush and didn't even make sure to go back and forth from left to right eye except a few times. Did not trust his exam and came back 5 mins later to complain to the staff that was pretty sure the eye exam was no good. He had already left the office again to run around in Walmart Store. We had to go to Pearl Vision to get another exam and the RX numbers were way lower than the high numbers this doctor provided. We had to pay cash price for a 2nd exam. Gave zero stars if I could, however; unable to post without a star. Will avoid this office no matter what.
I walked in this morning to request a copy of my prescription and the young lady who is working in there was very short with me and has horrible customer service. She acted like I was a bother to her. Then she told me if I use my prescription to purchase glasses online it wouldn’t work, she was making assumptions. The only reason why I did not repurchase glasses in there this morning was because of her horrible customer service. I’ve always been treated with smiles and great personality even when I dropped in to purchase a cleaning kit for my glasses. I will take my prescription elsewhere because I don’t do terrible customer service. I’m big on being a great customer and treating people the way I desire to be treated. When I walked next door to get a printout from the eye doctor office they were very sweet. They answered my questions and was very helpful. They will continue to be my eye doctor and I will now find someone else to fill my prescription.
Auorora is a very rude person, she needs to be fired immediately! I called on the phone to see if I can get my prescription emailed to me and she right away put me on hold and didn’t even let me talk. When I called again she gave me very bad attitude and blamed it on her being the only person working, very unprofessional person and very disrespectful.
Most eye centers will adjust frames to fit your face better regardless of where you bought them for free as a courtesy. This place not only refused but acted offended they were even asked to adjust frames not bought there. Other places will adjust any frames on the spot, but they can't? It's a simple process with a tool I've ad done a dozen times before and they acted like it was hazardous ordeal so they could say "no". I'm not a patient here, to be fair, but I was considering it for my next exam. Seeing how they treat a common courtesy request done by every eye center, I wouldn't consider visiting them again at all.
