Overall great experience! I was able to easily book an exam for the next day over the phone. Jamie was very friendly and helpful and walked me through the pre exam paperwork, and helped me place an order for contacts at the end of the exam. Dr. Hall was very thorough during my exam and I didn’t feel rushed what so ever. She answered all my questions and concerns, and overall made the whole experience very pleasing.
I had such a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision! Christopher, Heather, and Dr. Michelle Hall were absolutely amazing. They took their time with me throughout the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Hall was thorough and professional during my eye exam, and the staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for great eye care. Five stars all the way!
Terrible, avoid at all costs. I paid over $500 for an exam and 2 pairs of glasses but it turns out they under billed me, which I've never had happen in 30 years of going to the eye doctor. I paid the bill in store and they continue to send me a bill in the mail.
This place is great. The optometrist I saw was so thorough. I had many questions, and they made sure to answer every one of them. All of the other staff was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for future visits
Got an exam there, and glasses 4 months ago. The lenses were made incorrectly two times. Now, they are refusing to remake them saying my prescription changed. My 4 year old glasses from an internet website work better than what they sold me. So she is clearly trying to con me. Their prices aren't even good, and their service is bad. Word to the wise, go somewhere else.
