Kimberly and Kristy were super sweet and nice to us. We had a good experience and walked out pleased with the service. Dr. Dailey is great specially with children. We really like coming here for new vision exams and glasses.

I had a pleasant experience today! I haven’t used Walmart Vision Center in years but, Dr. Reineck did a great job! He helped me see a lot better with my sample contacts he gave me to try, than I’ve seen in years with the Biofinity contacts! He was kind and listened to my concerns and he answered all my questions! I give my whole exam and the doctor himself an A+++ Rating, Highly Recommended!
They did eye exam twice and i still can not see. Of course i di not get my money back. Not going here again !
The doctors are amazing as always. The 2 ladies we encountered working there however are extremely rude. Very blah attitudes as if we the customers are an annoyance to them. My daughter was fitted for contacts and had to return today to attend the class teaching her how to insert and remove them. The lady (Kimberly) assisting was super passive aggressive and acted like she didnt want to be bothered. I've always gone to the one on Trenton Ave and had to go to the Tiffin Ave location due to scheduling conflicts. Never again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Matt was very helpful during our short time on the phone, I had called several eye care providers before this call and he helped clarify what others did not. I appreciate him for going above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was taken care of!
