Called twice total. The first time they acted like they couldn't hear me so they hung up on me. I thought, strange because no one else has ever had a problem hearing me during phone calls. I called back and someone else answered and heard me perfectly fine. That wasn't the only issue. Before making any of the calls, I checked with my insurance company and they are on the list of providers. I called back a second time and asked if they take my insurance. The woman in the office asked me to hold while she checked about my insurance. She placed me on hold and I waited about a minute and they hung up on me again. If you don't want the business please remove your company from the lists of insurance companies you won't accept. Thank you.
