Staff was welcoming and friendly. I think Dr. McKinney does a great job. He listens to your concerns and works hard to solve them. I’m always pleased with my appointment!

The staff was great. They were friendly, yet professional and very knowledgeable. I was asked questions about health history and they were attentive and asked relevant follow ups. They explained every test I was given, why they were doing it, and what to expect. Dr. Paulus made sure I understood everything he was telling me about my eye health and answered all questions I had. Great experience.

The staff at Findlay Optimatry is always friendly and courteous every time I make a visit. Great staff and optometrist. Recommend this office to friends and family that wish they would have switched or made an appointment sooner.

We've been going here for many years. The doctors and staff are excellent. Everyone is friendly and professional, and they have a great selection of glasses. They take care of medical issues with the eyes and just routine eye exams. You couldn't pick a better group.

The front staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. McKinney was easy to speak with, friendly yet professional. The pre-testing individual was patient, knowledgeable and considerate. The frame selection was good size, especially for a smaller office. Pleasurable experience and recommended
