Eyes On Main - Findlay

This is the first time I’ve went to Eyes on Main. I was skeptical because I do not like changing Dr.’s. My other eye Dr is retiring soon. I am so glad I had a great experience! I did not wait long to be called from the waiting room. I saw Dr. Moyer. Fantastic gentleman! The staff there was super! Very friendly and also helpful when picking out new frames! My entire experience was superb! I would most definitely recommend EYES ON MAIN.

This place is great like I can’t say enough about it. The atmosphere is beautiful. My eye doctor was so good. She was very intelligent. Explained everything to me in detail help me figure out my insurance and how much everything is gonna cost. I’m definitely coming back and I’m definitely keeping them as my eye doctor.!!! Highly recommend! Pricing is great! Very professional!

Really liked the dr and techs. They were educational and helped me find the perfect glasses for me. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because I got my eyes dilated for the first time and I asked if I could drive home since i was alone and the tech said yes, but it would be hard. And it was extremely hard and painful! This morning I still have eye sensitivity but its manageable. I truly didnt know what to expect as I had never had it done before. So word to the inexperienced, as for eye protection or have someone drive you.

Today’s a perfect day to grab a book and spend the afternoon reading. Unfortunately, I cannot do that with my glasses thanks to Eyes on Main. When I went for my appointment, I mentioned the distance on my glasses was fine, but I was struggling with close up. I had my exam, for my prescription, and noticed the bifocal strength was the same as the glasses I cannot see out of. So I went in for a recheck. Then, got the new prescription that is the same as my glasses that I cannot see out of! And the staff at the counter was condescending and very abrupt. Sadly, I need to go somewhere else so I can get a glasses prescription that I can actually see with to read and work.

The staff at Eyes on Main was so friendly, professional. The Doctor addressed all my issues. Julie was so helpful helping me choose the right frames for me. I highly recommend this business to absolutely everyone! I know I won't go anywhere else! Absolutely the best experience i ever had getting my eyes checked & picking out frames!
