Walmart Vision Center

I had such a genuinely good experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I was honestly nervous going in, especially about the puff test because I am a literal baby about anything near my eyes lol. The lady who did the machine testing was SO patient with me. It probably took a good five minutes to get me settled enough to do it, and she never once made me feel rushed or silly. The doctor looked a little intimidating at first, but he ended up being incredibly kind. I kept asking to re-see the different lens options because I couldn’t decide, and he never got annoyed or frustrated. He just calmly walked me through everything again until I felt comfortable. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was amazing too. She explained all the lens options in a way that actually made sense and was super knowledgeable about what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. I never felt pressured to upgrade or spend more money, which I really appreciated. Every single person I interacted with made me feel welcome and safe. It was such an easy, comfortable experience from start to finish. I’m really glad I went there. Will add photo of my glasses when they come in!

I have received excellent care at the Walmart Vision Center in Medina for several years now, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a welcoming, friendly, and highly professional atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I especially want to recognize Cindy Carden, the licensed optometrist and Vision Center Manager. Cindy and her staff are truly exceptional. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and incredibly thorough, and she always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and well cared for. Her leadership really shows in how smoothly the Vision Center operates and how friendly and professional the entire team is. Throughout all the years I’ve been coming here, I have never had a single bad experience. Every visit has been positive, stress-free, and handled with genuine care. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and that I leave feeling confident and satisfied. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is an outstanding crew, and I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center in Medina to anyone looking for top-quality eye care and an amazing experience from start to finish. I have been using Walmart Vision center in Medina for the past three years and have been very impressed with the customer service and quick turnaround time. Recently they sent me a reminder to use my insurance benefits before they expire at the end of the year which I had totally forgotten about. I’m glad they did that. I called the next day and they got me an appointment within the week. My appointment was quick and efficient and I was able to order my glasses that same day. My insurance benefits were explained clearly to me, and they did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who has helped me the last two times I was there because he was so friendly and so fun to chat with. The doctor is friendly and answers all my questions. I have a very tight schedule, but I am always in and out of there quickly, which I appreciate. When I ordered my glasses, they said it would be about a week or two but possibly longer with the holidays. Three days later, I got a text message saying my glasses were ready for pick up! Highly recommend this Walmart Vision center in Medina. Thank you for being friendly, quick and efficient.

Gwen was so fun to talk to and overall a very helpful and genuine person!! I’m very excited to get my new frames :)
